Cynthia LaRowe is a Managing Director at The Spur Group and focuses on business transformation as a practice. She brings 30 years of experience growing global businesses in the public and private sectors.
Prior to working with The Spur Group, Cynthia built and led national consulting practices at Bridge Partners and PeopleFirm (amongst others) where she drove solution strategy and sales, IP development, go-to-market strategy, capability development, and strategic partnerships. In addition, she attracted and mentored top talent and led complex projects across five markets, over 15 industries, and multiple business functions. Before consulting, Cynthia led global businesses at Starbucks and Microsoft. She additionally drove business development and operations for multiple international organizations.
