  • Corporate identity and communications

In this time of unprecedented change, Cynthia believes that companies need to be more agile, innovative, and resilient than ever before. With business no longer “as usual” anymore, organizations must rethink and realign on who they are, what they do, and how they will operate and thrive. At the same time, meaningful connections between companies and their customers, partners, and employees are more important than ever. With authentic experience as the currency, it is not enough to say that “people matter.” Companies and leaders must demonstrate deep understanding and compassion as they reimagine and execute everything they do. As a uniquely human-centered company, The Spur Group enables Cynthia to drive and realize these beliefs every day.

Cynthia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California.
