Dan Overgaag is a Managing Director for The Spur Group and leads the firm’s channel management, sales transformation and business operations practices with over 12 years of industry experience. At Spur, Dan has led countless strategic initiatives for large technology firms such as Microsoft, Cisco and Google where he has advised them on channel management programs, channel incentives and helped them drive efficiencies and develop program/portfolio management structures within their business operations. His process-driven and analytical approach has enabled companies to maximize their effectiveness and draw clear, actionable insights.
