Richard Flynn is recognized leader in channels and go-to-market business strategy and execution. Founding Partner and Chief Marketing Officer for The Spur Group, Richard has over 25 years of go-to-market experience in sales transformationchannel management, and customer marketing.  He leads the firm’s strategic planning and marketing efforts, including customer experience, competitive strategy, and market execution 

Richard has personally helped clients such as Dell, NetApp, Cisco, and VMware shape customer experiences, define sales processes, and structure channel efforts. Previously, Richard held several senior customer and partner-focused roles in industry-leading technology firms. 

Richard’s experience includes developing and managing Microsoft’s partner program; working with Dell, NetApp, and Cohesity on their partner strategy; and overseeing transformational projects at Cisco and VMware.
