Scott Davis

Chief Delivery Officer

Scott Davis is the Chief Delivery Officer for The Spur Group and brings over 26 years of experience and leadership to our consulting services. He has achieved outstanding results as a leader, coach, contributor and team member with significant executive management expertise. Before joining Spur, Scott was the COO for ENVORSO, LLC and CEO & Board Director for The Project Group (USA). He also worked at Inteliant as Managing Director. Scott also served on the Board of Directors for Alten USA. a $2B international engineering consulting company headquartered in Paris, France. 

Scott founded BluWater Consulting in 2000, which was later acquired by CapGemini and over the next ten years built the company into a regional powerhouse.

Scott believes that we are seeing a fundamental shift due to technology's impact on businesses and changes in the social fabric. For a few decades, technology has been driving wedges and barriers in personal relations that are creating isolationScott believes that we’ve over pivoted and sees the re-emergence of demand for personalization and human integration. This trend and our fundamental need for interactions will drive technology to be enablers and help remove the established barriers and wedges. In parallel, companies are increasing their social consciousness. They are not only taking bigger roles as custodians for communities but are also realizing that heart count matters more than headcount. 

Scott graduated with a Bachelor’s in Economics from Gonzaga University and is currently an Executive Coach for Gonzaga University’s GAMP Program and several startups in the Seattle area.
